Hey I’m Adeola

I’m Adeola Sonola, author of Beautiful Minds, Love Tweets, and other titles — collections inspired by my deep love for storytelling through poetry. While I work professionally as a commercial solicitor, writing has always been the space where I feel most expressive and most connected to people.

My poetry is inspired by love, vulnerability, human connection, healing, and the quiet emotions we often struggle to put into words. I enjoy capturing everyday experiences and transforming them into verses that feel personal, reflective, and deeply relatable.

For me, poetry is more than creative expression – it is a way of preserving emotions, telling honest stories, and creating moments of connection with readers across different walks of life. Through Love Tweets and my other poetry books, I hope to inspire reflection, comfort, and authenticity in those who encounter my words.

When I’m not practicing law, I’m usually writing, reflecting, or finding inspiration in life’s simplest moments – the ones that often leave the deepest impact.
